The CRM Executive will drive our training operations from marketing(digital & traditional), enquiries, registration and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• To drive the marketing campaigns for online/offline classes & events.
• To manage leads from marketing channels.
• Student induction, care and support.

Required Skills:

• Able to use the computer and apps like Whatsapp & Facebook.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Knowledge in Google Docs & Sheets will be a plus.
• Able to interact with English and Mandarin speaking students.
• You like helping people and are patient and polite with Seniors.
• Calm, light-hearted and patient.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
• Target oriented with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
