👨‍🏫👩‍🏫 Digital Skills Trainer/Assistant Trainer

(Part-time)

Are you a passionate trainer who finds satisfaction in imparting skills to Seniors and Youth that help improve their daily lives? If you are, you can be part of the dedicated team of XIOHOO digital trainers who not only want to give the best education that Seniors can get to improve their tech literacy but also find opportunities for them to apply their tech skills. You can, with your skills and conviction, become our Senior's trusted source that give them the confidence to navigate the complexities of the tech world.

Job Responsibilities:

• To confidently conduct digital classes and interact with Seniors and Youths
• To impart all knowledge based on XIOHOO's propriety lesson plan
• You have a good understanding of your mobile phone and are able to troubleshoot most issues faced.
• To share key insights to your students to help them have a deeper understanding of their mobile devices and Apps.
• Able to learn new Apps or platforms to share new knowledge.
• Able to conduct classes on weekdays and/or weekends
• Help share our program to spread our social cause.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in operating systems and apps in Windows, IOS and/or Android OS.
• Ability to flexibly understand device iconography, functions across OS platforms.
• Proficient in most popular apps including Google (Maps, Photos, Drive, Mail), Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram.
• Able to interact with English and Mandarin speaking students.
• 1 year or more teaching experience. Experience with teaching Seniors will be an added advantage.
• Able to sit through a session hearing your granny or parents nag for an hour.
• Calm, light-hearted and patient.
