XIOHOO is seeking passionate and experienced part-time Language Teachers to deliver high-quality instruction in English, Chinese, or Malay around once or twice a month. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about language education, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans and materials to meet student needs and learning objectives.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with students, seniors and XIOHOO staff.
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required.
• Adhere to XIOHOO's curriculum guidelines and teaching methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Native or near-native fluency in English, Chinese, or Malay (depending on the language taught).
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in a language learning environment.
• Excellent pedagogical skills and knowledge of various teaching methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to teach during weekdays.

Experience:

• Relevant teaching certifications or experience (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, HSK, DELF).
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
